• Dual integrated SPDT relays can trigger two remote door locks or gates, which can be activated directly from your mobile devices, and also with permanent access code and key card or key fob to trigger the door lock. 
• Temporary key codes can be created by any authorized tenant’s smart device at anytime.  Temporary codes can be set up to be active at a specified time for a limited period, allowing convenient building access to temporary residents, visitors, or delivery/service personnel.
• Tracking history logs, which include time stamp and video snapshots of doorbell, remote unlock, access code/keyfob unlock, and virtual key/delivery PIN events, all stored for 365 days. Tenant specific event logs are available on their authorized smart device.
• GBF’s PMS (Property Management System) is a web-browser based system that property administrators can use to edit tenant lists and room information remotely.
• Only the Door-station requires a hardwired internet connection, AC voltage, and connections for the two on-board unlock relays. No tenant suite wiring means lower installation and retrofitting costs.
